Overview
Our focus
Netthub focuses on meaningful, respectful relationships. Members can share their interests, values and relationship preferences, then use those details to discover people who may be relevant to them.
An Australian service
Netthub is built and operated in Australia. Its membership is not limited to Australian residents, and service availability may vary depending on a member’s location.
Safety and Verification
No online service can guarantee another person’s identity, intentions or behaviour. Netthub combines specific account safeguards with tools that help members make informed choices.
What is checked
Registration verifies access to the supplied email address using a one-time code. Mobile numbers are collected but are not currently verified. Uploaded profile photos remain pending until an authorised administrator approves them; this does not mean every profile or identity is manually verified.
Login and account protection
After repeated failed sign-in attempts, Netthub can require reCAPTCHA and apply account-specific login protections. The registration flow enforces a unique email address, but it does not currently claim geofencing or universal duplicate-IP or duplicate-mobile prevention.
Reporting and privacy
Members can report another profile and block unwanted contact. Reports provide information for review, but response timing and outcomes depend on the circumstances. Personal information is collected, used and disclosed as described in the Privacy Policy; profile visibility and privacy controls do not make every item private until manually shared.
How It Works
Create and complete your profile
Create an account, verify the registration email address, then add the required profile details and photographs. Age eligibility is checked against the date of birth supplied during profile setup.
Discover and communicate
Preferences and questionnaire responses can help shape discovery and matching. Eligible members can browse and use available communication features, but shared answers do not guarantee compatibility or a relationship outcome.
Optional video calling
Where the feature is available and the required subscription is active, a member can request a Netthub video call from a conversation. Video calling is optional and is not an identity check.
Who Can Join
Members must be at least 18, legally permitted to use the service where they live, and meet the relationship-status requirements in the Terms of Use. A member must be single or, if legally married, separated. The current registration flow accepts countries beyond Australia and does not perform universal identity or criminal-background checks.
What Members Can Expect
Clear information
We aim to describe Netthub’s features, membership requirements and limitations accurately, without promising that technology or moderation can remove every risk.
Respect and accountability
Members are expected to communicate respectfully. Reported or identified misuse may be reviewed, and access may be restricted, suspended or closed in accordance with the Terms of Use.
Choice and perspective
Netthub provides tools for meeting and communicating; members decide whom to contact and how quickly to proceed. Matching information can be useful context, but each person remains responsible for their own decisions and safety.
