Agreement

By utilizing our services, you consent to adhere to the terms of use agreement (referred to as the "Terms" or "Agreement"), which encompasses our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Cookie Policy, Safety Tips, and any additional terms and conditions, notifications, and disclaimers presented on Netthub Sites concerning your usage of the Netthub Sites. It is essential that you thoroughly review this Agreement along with the associated policies and procedures prior to creating an account. We reserve the right to update the Netthub Terms and Conditions at any time. Should any changes occur, an updated version of the Netthub Terms and Conditions will be published on the Netthub Sites. It is your responsibility to frequently check the Netthub Terms and Conditions, and your ongoing use of the Netthub Sites following any modifications will be interpreted as your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any part of the terms and conditions, you must stop accessing or using our Services immediately.

You can only create an account or use the Netthub services if all of the following conditions are met. By using our services, you confirm and guarantee that:

3. Promotes or supports any unlawful actions, including but not limited to terrorism, inciting racial hatred, or any content that itself represents a criminal act.
4. Includes the sending of unwanted emails or spam.
5. Content was not created by you or was generated automatically unless you have received explicit permission from Netthub.

Netthub reserves the right to look into any issues and, if necessary, suspend or close your account without issuing a refund if you breach these Terms, misuse our services, or engage in behavior that we consider inappropriate or illegal on our platforms or elsewhere. We also retain the right to use any available technological, legal, or other methods to uphold these Terms at any time, without any liability or requirement to notify you in advance, which may include restricting your access to the services.
2. You are not allowed to promote or encourage any user to purchase or sell products or services using the services.

The Netthub platforms offer engaging opportunities for members to connect, discover their desires, and enjoy themselves. Depending on the terms, conditions, and features outlined in these Terms and any additional information available on the Platforms, members can send or receive unlimited instant messages, view unlimited photos, browse other members' profiles, check who has viewed their profile or whom they viewed, and use a video chat option to interact with fellow members. Moreover, the Platforms include various features that members can subscribe to. More information about these features will be available on the purchase page. Please be aware that the services might experience temporary downtime for essential Site maintenance occasionally. To become a member of the Netthub sites, you will need to pay a subscription fee. You can find information about subscription prices and purchasing options on the subscriptions and payment page. You are unable to pause your paid Netthub subscription.

Netthub provides Membership options for 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. These memberships will automatically renew for an additional 1-month period, or other durations you select during the purchase, unless you decide to cancel in line with this Agreement, and as long as it's allowed by law. To stop the membership auto-renewal, you need to cancel at least 48 hours before your current term ends. If your paid subscription lapses or is cancelled, then you lose access to your paid features.

To pay for a membership, we ask you to share some payment information with us. Things like your billing account details, credit card, and debit card details. You are confirming that everything you provide is correct, complete, and current.

All sales are typically final and nonrefundable, meaning you won't get any refunds or credits for partially used time unless your local laws say otherwise.

Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle, providing you with continuous access to all the advantages our service provides. You have the option to terminate your subscription at any point. Should you decide to cancel, your subscription will stay active until the current billing period concludes. Following this, you will no longer incur charges, and your access to premium features will cease. Please also note that you won't be eligible for a refund for any days of the subscription term that you didn't use. To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to Netthub.com with your credentials.
2. On the dashboard, go to your subscription.
3. Click on the Cancel Subscription button and follow the instructions.

We reserve the right to examine closely any issues and, if necessary, suspend or end your account without a refund if you break these Terms, misuse our services, or act in a way we consider inappropriate or illegal, whether on or off our Platforms. We can use any available technology, legal actions, or other methods to enforce these Terms at any time, without being responsible for any consequences or needing to notify you in advance, including stopping you from accessing the Services.

If Netthub suspends or discontinues a Service you subscribed to, you will receive a refund for any unused days of your subscription term that you have paid for after the effective date of the suspension or discontinuation of a Service.

When you register/sign up for a Mobile Application through platforms like Apple’s App Store, Google Play, iTunes, or using an Apple ID, your order will be subject to not only our Terms and Privacy Policy but also the terms and privacy policies of the respective platform. Please also note that their cancellation policies will take priority over ours. This means that Apple or Google will decide if you are eligible for a refund during a “cooling off” period and the amount you may receive. Netthub does not have any influence over the refund decisions made by Apple or Google. Therefore, you should only sign up for our services via a Mobile Application if you understand that you may not receive a refund if you cancel your Netthub account during the “cooling off” period. We reserve the right to, without limitation, take any or all of the following actions regarding your membership:

1. Restrict your access to some or all of the Netthub sites, either temporarily or permanently.
2. To terminate your membership for any reason, with notification sent to you via email.
3. We may choose to hide some or all of your member profiles, either temporarily or permanently.
4. Suspend your membership.
5. If you provide us with any false or misleading information, we reserve the right to either suspend or delete your account.
6. We will cancel your membership right away and without prior notice if you violate the Netthub Terms.

If you believe that any content on the Netthub platform infringes your intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws, you may submit a takedown request by emailing us at admin@netthub.com with the following information:

1. Your full name and contact details.
2. A description of the content you wish to report.
3. The exact location (URL) of the content.
4. The reason for the complaint and the legal basis for removal.
5. A statement that the information provided is accurate and made in good faith.
6. Upon receipt, we will review the request and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the content. We aim to respond to takedown notices within 5 business days.

We reserve the right to adjust the pricing for any paid service or feature on the Netthub sites whenever necessary. If you find a price change unsatisfactory, you can choose to stop using the Netthub Site or cancel your membership as outlined in the Netthub Terms.

The pricing for any paid service or feature on the Netthub sites in Australia will be listed without including GST unless stated otherwise.

If we notice any unusual activity, we may temporarily or permanently halt payments made with your credit card. We will also reach out to you, your bank, or any other relevant third party to report this unusual activity.

Netthub’s liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. To the maximum extent allowed by relevant law, Netthub, along with its affiliates, employees, licensors, or service providers, shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, punitive, fixed, or enhanced damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, whether directly or indirectly incurred, or any loss of data, usage, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from

1. The actions or content of any users or third parties on or through any of our affiliates’ services or in connection with the services.
2. Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.
3. Any unauthorized access, use, or modification of your content, even if Netthub has been informed of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by relevant law, Netthub’s total liability to you for all claims related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Netthub for the services in the twelve (12) months immediately prior to the date you initiate a lawsuit, arbitration, or any other legal action against Netthub, whether based on statute, common law, or equity, in any court.
4. You acknowledge that you use the Netthub Sites at your own risk.
5. You agree to indemnify Netthub for any loss, damage, cost, or expense that we may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with your use of or conduct in connection with the NETTHUB sites, including any breach by you of the NETTHUB Terms.
6. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not accept any representations, warranties, or terms (whether stated directly or implied) beyond what is clearly outlined in the Netthub Terms. Specifically, we cannot guarantee that the Netthub sites will operate without interruptions or errors. Additionally, we do not make any promises regarding the potential results of using the Netthub sites.

1. If any part of the Netthub Terms is found to be invalid, the rest of the Netthub Terms of Use will remain fully effective.
2. There is no partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship formed between you and us due to the Netthub Terms or your use of the Netthub sites.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to release each indemnified party from any and all damages including consequential, incidental, indirect, direct, or any other type, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses of any kind, whether known or unknown, that may arise from or relate to disputes between you and third parties regarding the services or this agreement.
