Netthub’s Help section is here to make your experience easy, safe, and enjoyable. Below are answers to the most common questions about membership, verification, compatibility, safety, messaging, subscriptions, and more.
Getting Started:
How do I create an account?
Enter your name, date of birth, mobile number, email, and upload at least two clear photos. Complete verification to go live.
Who can join Netthub?
Adults (18+) currently living in Australia. Membership is not available in restricted countries.
Why verify email and mobile?
Verification keeps fake or duplicate profiles out and ensures members can safely connect.
Compatibility Quiz:
What is the Netthub Compatibility Quiz?
It’s a personality-based relationship questionnaire designed to understand who you are and what kind of partner fits you best.
How long does it take?
Usually 20–40 minutes for about 70–80 questions. You must complete it to unlock your match suggestions.
What does the quiz cover?
It explores five key areas: personality traits, values, emotional temperament, relationship skills, and lifestyle habits.
How does it work?
Your answers are analysed through Netthub’s Compatibility Scoring System. Higher scores reflect stronger overall compatibility.
Tip:
Be honest — the quiz helps match you with people who fit your genuine self, not surface preferences.
Profile & Verification:
What does “100% verified” mean?
Your account passed all checks, including photo approval and identity review by our team.
How long does photo approval take?
Usually within a few hours. Images must be recent, clear, and of you only.
Can I edit my profile later?
Yes, but some fields (mobile number, marital status, sexual orientation, physical traits) require Support Team approval for security.
Why was my photo rejected?
Photos are declined if they break our policy — for example, nudity, explicit content, or misleading images.
Membership & Subscription:
What plans are available?
Netthub offers four subscription options — 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 9-month plans. All include the same features; only the duration and cost differ. The longer the plan, the lower the monthly rate.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Every plan has the same features. The only optional paid feature is Video Chat, available as an add-on.
Why is Video Chat a paid feature?
Video calls run on secure, high-bandwidth servers for privacy and quality — that’s why it’s billed separately.
How do I turn off auto-renewal?
Go to Settings → Subscription and disable Auto-renew before your renewal date.
What payment methods are supported?
Major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Where can I see my invoices?
Invoices are automatically emailed to you after each successful payment. If you can’t find one, check your spam or junk folder — or contact support@netthub.com to request a copy.
Messaging & Connections:
Do I have unlimited chat access?
Yes. Once matched with another verified member, you can chat without limits.
Can I view as many profiles as I want?
Yes — Netthub allows unlimited browsing of verified profiles across Australia.
Does Netthub show when someone views my profile?
Yes — you’ll see when another verified member has viewed your profile, helping spark genuine connections.
Video Chat:
Can I video chat on Netthub?
Yes, once both members are verified and choose to connect.
Is video chat monitored?
No automated monitoring, but all calls must follow our Community Standards. Inappropriate behaviour may lead to suspension.
Do I need special software?
No — it works directly in your browser or the Netthub mobile app (allow camera/mic permissions).
Safety & Reporting:
How do I report a user?
Click Report on their profile or message, describe the issue, and submit. Our team reviews reports promptly.
What happens after I report?
We assess the case and take appropriate action — including warnings, suspension, or removal. Reports remain confidential.
How can I stay safe?
Avoid sharing personal details too soon, meet in public first, and tell a friend where you’re going.
Privacy & Security:
Who can see my information?
Only verified members can view your profile. Private details like your mobile number and address are never public.
Do you share my data?
No — we never sell or share your data with third parties.
Can I delete my data permanently?
Yes — deleting your account removes your data completely per our Privacy Policy.
Account Removal / Deactivation:
How can I deactivate temporarily?
Go to Settings → Account → Deactivate. You can reactivate anytime by logging back in.
How can I delete permanently?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your profile, messages, and photos forever.
App & Technical Help:
The app isn’t working. What should I do?
1. Refresh or restart the app. 2. Clear cache/cookies. 3. Restart your device. 4. Check for malware. 5. If still not working, email support@netthub.com.
Video or microphone not working?
Ensure your device permissions allow camera and mic access for Netthub.
Tips for Better Matches:
How can I improve my profile?
Use clear, natural photos. Write a friendly and honest “About Me.” Mention your hobbies, values, and complete all compatibility questions.
How do I increase my chances of finding a match?
Reply thoughtfully, stay active, update photos regularly, and keep your communication respectful and genuine.
