Access control: Only authorised staff can access production systems, and all access is logged and reviewed.

Backups and continuity: Regular encrypted backups and tested recovery procedures keep your data safe.

Email OTP verification: Every new member confirms their email with a one-time code.

Photo checks: Members must upload at least two photos, manually reviewed by our admin team before being visible.

Anti-fraud & duplicate prevention: We block sign-ups using the same IP, email, mobile number, or username.

Geofencing: Netthub operates exclusively in Australia and blocks access from restricted or high-risk regions.

Locked profile fields: Mobile number, marital status, sexual orientation, height, weight, eye and hair colour can’t be changed without contacting support.

Enhanced verification: In higher-risk cases, we may request government-issued ID and a utility bill. A short video verification process is under development.

Reporting tools: Members can easily report suspicious or abusive behaviour; all reports are reviewed by our safety team.

Zero-tolerance policy: Harassment, hate speech, scams, or exploitation result in investigation and may lead to suspension or permanent removal.

Video chat safety: Video chat is available on web and mobile. Misuse leads to disciplinary action (AI moderation is not yet enabled).

Encrypted transmission: All traffic uses HTTPS/TLS to prevent interception.

No hidden charges: Subscription plans vary only by term length; all features are identical across plans.

Fraud protection: Suspicious payment activity is automatically flagged and reviewed.

Minimal data collection: We collect only what’s required to verify identity, protect users, and provide the service.

Australian Privacy Principles: We comply with the APPs and share data only when required by law or for safety reasons.

Retention and deletion: You can request permanent deletion of your account; some data may be retained if required by law or fraud prevention.

Transparency: We disclose clearly what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Never share passwords, financial details, or verification codes.

Meet in public places for the first few times and inform a trusted friend.
